Page(S) Unresponsive
5 Answers
A little blue box keeps popping up with this message.
The following page(s) have become unresponsive.
It then gives me the choice to Kill pages or Wait.
I click on Wait and the box goes, but then it comes back.
It's really getting on my nerves now.
Any idea why I'm getting this?

Some more information would help, please:
Which browser are you using?
(I'll take a guess: Chrome. Right?)
Which extensions, if any, are you using with our browser?
Which security software are you using?
(Norton, perhaps?)
If you're using Norton Security with Chrome, try disabling web scanning in Norton. If you're using Chrome without Norton, simply try reinstalling Chrome. If any other combination, please tell us!

Removing Kaspersky might well fix your problem. Remember to use the Kapersky Uninstall Utility to completely get rid of it:

You could also try uninstalling Java and then reinstalling it from here:

Or you could simply use Firefox!

Chris I'm sure I thanked you for this and also for the links but I don't know where that's gone unless I've managed to put it on another thread or pressed a wrong button or something similar!
Anyway, many thanks.
I noticed that the first answer given on here was removed. What on earth could anyone say in reply to this that would be removed?
