Offline Working On Internet Explorer

I started to use IE instead of Firefox and am very happy with it. However with Firefos I could select work offlline on the menu which was very useful but havent found out how to do this on IE. I'm sure it can be done but how please.

It should be accessible from the File menu.
If you have Internet Explorer, you should have the IE toolbar, which sits at the top of the screen. This contains icons that are marked: Favorites; Suggested Sites; etc. Just below this line of icons is another one which says (reading from the right); Question mark in blue circle = Help; Tools; Safety; Page. Click on Tools, drop-down menu appears. Click on Work Offline.

Thank you but I cannot find the toolbar below the top line so I am lost
