Create Fixed Wording For All Outgoing Emails

Someone sent me an email which contained a caricature of Elvis dancing as the words 'please remove my address if you forward this email' appears left to right on the screen. I think I would like to retain this to appear on every blank email I open so that it appears on every outgoing one as a matter of routine. Is this possible please?

If it's through a web-based system, the answer to your question is likely to be 'No'. However if you're using an email client, such as Outlook Express, you should explore the options to create and use 'stationery'.
