While trying to view video n Sky News Website, received the follow . . .

Warning: Plug failed. Unfortunately a plugin failed to load

The message is not really helpful – doesn’t advise what to do.

Anyone know the solution? Thank you..

Sky uses Adobe flash for its non-live videos and MS Silverlight for its live video feed.
So those are the two items you might want to check out.

Apparently I have Adobe Flash Player 11.6.602.180 installed.
However, with the Sky Website all I get is a black window - no video.
BBC is fine, also Youtube and lots of other video sites.
Also Sky Sports works ok when I watch the live football.

So it's just the Sky News. It's a nuisance. But I can live without it.Thanks again
