Spam E Mail
i received two e mails today, what i don't get is it appears to be from me, my full name but with AOL.com which is not correct, assume it's spam but how is that possible to use my name. it looks like i just sent myself an e mail, very weird.

Answers
Attaching a completely forged sender's name and email address is trivial for these hackers and phishers. It gets them past some spam filters.

No, they've probably scanned some message in transit either from you or to you, and picked your email address off it - and thousands and thousands of others in the same way. Everything they do is automated, to achieve the preposterous volumes that they do, so nobody human really knows anything about you. Rest easy.
