Adding To A Contact List

I have btyahoo email - still using talk21 sign in. I can make lists of committee members. I can delete any. But there seems no mechanism to add anyone. They just go into my normal contact list so I have to add them separately when sendng out minutes etc. What should I do? Thanks for any help.
