When you google something and the search is saved in case you want to search the same again, where can you turn on/off the saved search - hope that makes sense.

Depends what device your accessing the Internet on.
I can think of two possibles:
1. Click Tools button (top right, at end of Tools bar).
On dropdown menu, click Internet Options.
Under General tab, see Browsing History.
Click Delete button.
This deletes all the sites that you have visited in the past 3 weeks.

2. Go to Address Bar (top of screen).
Click downward-pointing triangle at right-hand end of bar ▼
List of sites appears.
Select site to delete.
Red X appears at right-hand end of page.
Click red X to delete just that site.
