Barclays Online Banking

Is there anyone else having problems with their online banking with Barclays. The thing on right hand side of page which allows you to scroll down and then press the continue button isnt working. So basically you cant access your online accounts. It has been like this for about two weeks.

Tried to ring them, but its press this button for this, press this button for that, on and on until eventually its "sorry but we are having a high number of calls at the moment ...blah....blah...blah.

It is worrying when you have E-savings account and cant even access your own money. Any advice. Barclays sucks !!

No, I have just checked mine using a PIN Sentry and all is well.

I think you may find it is not Barclays, but a problem with Chrome, if that is your internet browser. It has been like this for a week or so (I bank with someone else, and have the same problem).
You can scroll down through the letters/numbers, use the up and down arrows on the keyboard.
Google are well aware of the problem with Chrome, but haven't yet fixed it.

Thanks hjd, yes I am with Google Chrome. (I was so cross with Barclays too) and I will try scrolling down as you suggest, didn't realize I could do that. Thanks so much.

I have Barclay's on-line and it is fine.
Chrome seems to have a lot of problems recently. For example you can't put photos on eBay using chrome at the moment, I had to change to firefox to put on photos.

yes ive had trouble too, it seems to just freeze the browser
