I have had nothing but problems with BT Internet for months now. It all started when they hosted onto Yahoo. Its pitifully slow and completely frustrating. If I could get at my emails any other way I would. I am loath to change my email address as I have had the same one for 22 years !

Its a absolute disgrace, made worse by the fact that BT is a premier communications company and should know better...and I am a BT Pensioner !

BT should pull it finger out sharpish !

mikey. You could access your BT email using Outlook or Outlook Express, depending on what version of Windows you're using. I do. I'm a BT pensioner too.

I agree BT mail was terrible during the recent changes being made. Mine's been pretty stable for a few weeks now.

It's all changing again soon apparently, they emailed me other day :-(

You're correct boxtops. It's changing to BT Mail and dropping the Yahoo.
