What's Happened To My Text In Ms Word
I was composing a letter using Microsoft Word program and I've hit a key or something and new text is coming out tiny. I'm using Times new Roman, font size 12. When I highlight the problem text it says I'm using TNR, font size 12.
I can increase the size to match the rest of the letter but I have to select font size 24 to do so.What have I done wrong. Thank you in advance.

Go to your home tab look at the font tab and you will see two menu tabs one has an x with a 2 underneath the other and x with a 2 above. The tab with the x2 underneath may be highlighted -click it to un highlight it and that should work. If this sounds confusing go to the MS word help box, type in sub-script and it will give you step by step instructins
In the far left corner of your screen you will see the MS word logo -four coloured squares. Right of these are tabs -home-insert-page layout etc. If you're not already on the Home tab click it and you will see various options on this tab including a box which tells you what font and what size it is. Under that will be a long box with B (BOLD) I (italic) U (underline) abc (strike through) then the X with small 2 below it -if this box is a different colour to the other boxes then its highlighted which means you are in subscript . Click it and it will turn back to blue grey -highlight all the text and put it back into TNR12. Hope this works if not I'm stumped!
