A Virginmedia Scam
6 Answers
At least, I think it is - I've reported it to Virginmedia but dealing with them is as effective as a seance.
So, email asking me to login and update my 'eprofile' and ensure my card details are correct. Oh-ho! Thing is, the screen you are then presented with is a copy of a virginmedia sign-in page.
The url at the top is http:// virginn etweb.c o.uk, registered in June probably to Norty McNasty.
So I thought I'd share it with the AB jungle telegraph who might advise any vulnerable friends or relations.
