Have not had any luck with the link. My system is Windows 7, would that make a difference. What I am attempting to do is automatically forward one of my mails to another recipient who has a G-Mail account

Thanks once again Buenchico what a asset to this site you are. Have set the rule up but will have to wait til the second week in Nov to see if it works OK.
