"your Authentication Could Not Be Completed Because Of A System Error. If This Happens Consistently, Please Contact Your Csr."
I tried making a donation to Children in Need this evening. Everything seemed to go ok until the card verification page came up. When I put in my verification details I got the message "Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR."
I'm not sure if this means that the payment hasn't gone through? Can a payment be made if the card hasn't been verified?
I haven't yet received a confirmation/thankyou email which makes me think it hasn't gone through however the page with the message on it is entitled 'donation confirmation'.
Can anyone advise? Thanks you.
