I have just installed Windows 10 and my HP printer will not work. Have checked settings and driver is up to date. I have another printer a Canon and have had no trouble with this when printing from Word since I installed Windows 10. Have "troubleshooted " the problem but they are showing no problems. Any suggestions please??

Also the game that were on Windows 7 (particularly Free cell and Solitaire) are not on Windows 10. Is there any way to download the & versions to suit 10.

Many thanks

freecell and solitaire are available on windows 10. start>all app> Microsoft solitaire collection
Go to Settings/Devices. Is the HP printer showing in there? if not, click on 'Add a printer'.
I tried scanning from my printer to computer, yesterday. Gave up in the end. I could print (loads of) pages off computer to printer, so it was connected. (wi-fi) But trying to reverse the process, no matter what I tried, the printer kept saying 'no computer detected'.
Also, despite saying you could insert USB stick, the printer didn't seem to have a hole for one. It only had holes for 'memory cards'? Don't believe I've ever seen such a thing.
^Could have connected it by cable, of course, but lost interest, or my temper rather.
Did it have a hole for the square-ish end of this kind of usb cable Svejk?

Jamjar, I've found uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them helps to remind Windows 10 that they're there.

It has similar holes in the back, ed. It was very much a 'one-off' but should I have to do it again, we'll revisit those holes. ;)
