I keep getting this thing up on my Virgin e-mail system....... know-smtprelay-9-imp...... how can I get rid of these e-mails

I have hotmail.
In the spam/junk folder, when I click the little box next to the email choices appear above, copy, delete, move to etc, also one that says block, click on and confirm.

In Virgin, click on the email to highlight it, then click on the red circle with the diagonal line through it. It is next to the dustbin icon at the top of the page.

Sorry, my last post didn't answer your question. There is no way of blocking senders in Virgin Mail.

Do you get this message in response to an email you have sent? Your email is not being delivered?
