Change Browser - Sites Not Responding

If I change my default browser from IE to Google Chrome do I lose my favourite sites which are shown LH side of screen? If so, how would I get them back?

BT is my Home Page.

incidentally, you can have as many browers as you want - if it's just the odd case of a site not responding you could try it with another browser without necessarily abandoning your old one altogether.
