Please Can Someone Advise?

I have a BT Internet mail account.
I need to contact several groups of people by Email. Please can someone tell me in 'Noddy' terms how I can do this without having to type all the individual Email addresses?

If you have their names in your contacts click on 'cc'. If you then type the first letter of their name a list will appear, click on the required name and it will appear in cc
