Problem With Bt Email

I have W.10 and firefox, when I try to type an email on BT it will only type it in one straight line and the recepient only receives the first couple of dozen words. I tried live chat with BT but lost the connection twice so gave up :0( It is probably something I have done in mail settings but never had any trouble before,can anyone help please?

Sounds to me awfully as if you are trying to type the message body into the subject line...

No really, I wasn't, never had it happen before and not changed anything either :o(

Oh dear The Chair, (hangs head in shame,) I went to try again and that is exactly what I have done......The trouble is I haven't used my laptop for ages as I bought an ipad so have been using that and just forgot 'stuff' so as the old saying goes 'if you don't want to lose it, use it!' which I will do now, but thank you for pointing me in the right direction, cheers rosy
