Ongoing Problems With Web Site

I keep getting messages "we were unable to return to the answerbank.co.uk. It appears that the website continues to have a problem." What you can do? Go to your home page, try to return to the answerbank.co.uk" The answer bank is not responding. Recover webpage. I have been going round in circles for weeks now. The chap who looks after my computer is baffled as well. Help please before I throw the computer out of the window

I have Windows 7 and Google. It does not happen on any other website. I apologise for taking so long to answer but the web site just would not load
