Stopping Videos Loading And Playing

There are a lot of sites which now automatically upload and play videos. This uses up our limited Data provision. Anyone know of a way of stopping this happening.

go to the sites settings and turn off auto play

Take it back, just been on a site and it loaded up a Video. Very annoying.
