We've realised that, with PlusNet, since our contract finished we've being paying well over the odds for standard broadband and evening and weekend calls. I've phoned PlusNet and they've reduced the offer by £15 per month, but it's still less than some offers I've seen.
Does anybody have experiencing of switching to John Lewis broadband? Reviews aren't great - but tend to be written by those who are unhappy, those who are tend not to write them, in my experience.

If not John Lewis - any other suggestions?

Best advice is to contact providers and ak what they can offer and then use the one that suits your needs.Personally I am quite satisfied with Virgin.

Doubtful that you will be any better off with John Lewis Broadband which in reality is PlusNet.

Thanks, Danny and Hans. Yes, it was the call to PlusNet that reduced the cost by £15 per month - but John Lewis are offering still less than that. I'm disappointed that PlusNet wouldn't match it, though - that would have saved a lot of hassle!
We've just gone from BT to EE due to BT becoming too expensive.

I got a price from EE shop and when I went through Quidco for £2 more a month I got £130 cashback!
Ironically BT own EE, just like BT own PlusNet!
