New Tab

When I click on a subject or email and want it on a new page all I get is a screen with a new tab which is like a home page with a line for search and below thumbnails of different topics and no way I have found to just get the subject I want. Please how to I change this as it has only been happening recently

Which browser are you using? (Internet Explorer? Edge? Chrome? Firefox? Vivaldi? Avant? Opera? Safari? Something else?)

This happens in Google chrome and internet explorer . I have a Windows 10 computer. This has only been happening the last few days and even today when wanting to print a bank statement and clicked on the print icon up opened a "New tab"but no way of finding how to get the statement

It's definitely weird if it's happening across multiple browsers. All the same, try refreshing the caches first:

Then try resetting Chrome:
