It is the easiest thing to try first. I know that you are running a w10 machine and if it is not happening there it is not your router or interwatsit connection.
Do that and then have a look at this link. Do not attempt anything that you are not comfortable with.

This link goes to a site where they'd like you to download their software if you get as far as 'Step 4'. I'm NOT recommending doing that (as I know nothing about that software) but the link is still of value as Steps 1, 2 and 3 are all worth trying (and this site keeps the instructions clear and simple):

It's also worth power cycling your router to see if that helps. ('Power cycling' is a posh name for 'turning it off and on again!)
Given that such problems can occur when your computer doesn't communicate too well with the DNS server that your ISP uses, it might also be worth changing your DNS server as well. (It often speeds up page loading anyway, so it can't do any harm and might do a bit of good):
Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center.
Click Change Adapter Settings. (It's on the left).
Right-click on the icon for your connection and select Properties.
Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) to highlight it.
Click on Properties.
In the lower part of the panel you'll probably see that 'Obtain DNS server address automatically' is selected. Change that to 'Use the following server addresses'.
Enter 8.8.8.8 in the 'preferred' field and 8.8.4.4. in the 'alternative' field. (That selects Google's public DNS server, which is probably the most popular one these days. Alternatively you can use OpenDNS, as I do, by entering 208.67.222.222 in the first field and 208.67.220.220 in the other one).
Click OK.
Click Close.
Close the window that's still on your screen.

Drivereasy as a program is very good but the free version does not do the driver updates automatically. I think, as its quite cheap for the Pro version, the small outlay is justified. That said connections are subject to several factors so updating EVERYTHING is equally important as is regular cleanups. I changed the wireless card on my last laptop to an Intel one and the speed doubled and the connection became more reliable. That process is cheap and relatively easy.
