Hi has anyone figured out the CPI used by Plusnet for April 2022? My broadband deal was at £23.99 before any price increase. Now Plusnet new bill is £27.89.

The CPI seem to have applied is more than 12%.

Yes looks too high

Just talked to Plusnet, they said they don't know how to explain the new increased price in relation to the breakdown of itemized billing. They agree it is too high for cpi. I think there is a technical billing issue they can't resolve.
I hope they can sort it out.

I’m with plusnet and my March bill was actually from 6 March to 5 April, so on my April bill they recalculated the part from 31 March to 5 April as well as billing me from 6 April to 5 May. The CPI they use is 5.4%, giving a total increase of 9.3%.
