How To Select All Emails From Co, Without Having To Scroll Down Through Them All To 'Select' Them?
3 Answers
I'm using Yahoo mail.
I'm trying to divide 1000s of emails by putting them into folders.
They're the sort that send free downloads, advice, tips etc
However in order to select all emails from 1 particular sender, I'm using 'Advanced search' and selecting their email address.
The problem is, in order to select these messages, you have to scroll down for an eternity, until youre at the very first email they ever sent -
the scroll function only scrolls down a few messages at a time - slowly - and if you dont do this, it just doesnt select all the msgs from that sender.
Some go back many years & send messages daily.
There surely must be a way to 'select all' and mean literally all, not just those that are visible at that moment.
any ideas,
Thanks :)

I have 5 e-mail accounts and I access them via Thunderbird. In Thunderbird I can do a search using various criteria such as messages from/to/or containing, and it pulls up all relevant messages, which I can then pull to an appropriate sub-folder.
