Could somebody tell me how I transfer data from Morpheus downloads on to either DVD or CD.

LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW 1213S. Doesn't burn DVD's

Depends on what type of downloads they are - usually they would bt AVI/Meg/mp3 for example - with the mp3 you burn them as you would with any music track onto CD , if they are AVI/Mpeg (Movies) you need to convert to DVD Format (VOB) and then burn using suitable software (Nero for example) - to convert these to DVD I use winavi which is quick and find it very good, another free programme is DVD santa
