Microoft Outlook Address Book 2003

have loaded 365  but can't access virtually all the 2003 apps....the message being 'problem with shortcut - this action is only valid forproducts that are currently installed.....for example I had/have my address book on the outlook file - not that I use the programme for e-mails.

while I am at it, where in 365 do I access word.....?
