I ordered a household item from Marks online, due to be delivered 9th Feb to local branch for pickup. Got an email saying Sorry it will be delayed. Heard nothing since, sent emails, nothing. Managed to get through on phone yesterday... nice lady .... sorry not in stock any more. She is giving me a full refund plus a voucher as goodwill. Not good service though, is it? Apart from lady on phone that is.
