Do you wait a long time.  I was told last week that the drawings and pricing would be with me last Monday and I am still waiting.

 

My friend has told it will snake pace - as I know some years ago she got a lot of work done to her house - so I need to look elsewhere.

Give them a ring and ask where the drawings and costings are. Chivvy them.

LOL - Tilly have chivvied them all week and the same wee man - oh I will tell the owner to ring you all week.  My friend has said - "probably they have other work on" - but I wish they would tell me that.

I think it's the same everywhere. We have had months of needing plumbers and decorators etc and they never send their quotes on time and when they do they don't have slots to do the work for weeks. I think everyone in the home maintenance/building trade has more work than they need or want and can pick and choose when and where.
