Most ISPs allow you to receive SMTP/POP3 e-mails, from your account with them, irrespective of whether or not you're connected to the internet through their services. What they wont let you do, however, is to connect with their e-mail server, to send mail, unless you're using their service to connect.
To reply to your LineOne mail you need to do one of the following:
1. Disconnect from Wanadoo and re-connect with LineOne; or
2. Use LineOne's web-based e-mail facility (assuming that they've got one - most ISPs do have); or
3. Receive your LineOne e-mail through Wanadoo. Click reply. Click in the 'From' line. This will show all of your e-mail accounts. Click your Wanadoo account. (This means that the recipient of your e-mail will see that it comes from your Wanadoo address, not the LineOne address).
