TalkTalk
4 Answers
Have any other ABers had any problems with TalkTalk, either phone or broadband or both.
I switched over to them about 4 months ago -- now wish I hadn't. Trying to get in touch with them over a billing problem or anything else is nigh on impossible. I recently switched my phone from them but couldn't switch broadband because of contract, they are now saying I have to pay an extra 12 for my broadband for line rental ( I now pay line rental to my new phone company) 2 1/2 hours on the phone today trying to speak to someone about it.
If you are considering going over to talktalk----DONT DO IT.

Should have mentioned I also get problems like --page not found -server not found etc ,and as you say ZebUK mostly in the evenings.
Might just bite the bullet and pay about 70 to get out of the 12 month contract.
By the way , the free broadband that TalkTalk offer is not available to everyone. You have to be on one of their exchanges. Its an 18 month contract and you have to pay 29-99 connection charge even if you are already a TalkTalk customer of phone and broadband. When I asked why this charge was made I got the very technical reply of ---because it is.
Maybe an ABer might enlighten me.
Thanks guys + girls.
