If you use web-based email or a non-Outlook email client, then you should be safe anyway.

Theres something on the Spysoftcentral.com web site about this not being related to them. It's a way to get the virus around - not sure if the virus itself resends the e-mail.

trojan is a very harmful virus for the system, generally it comes in the data bag or attachments in your mail. I suggest you to please don't open the file and please mark the mail as a scam so that another person will get to know about it.
