orange broadband
2 Answers
i was on here about two weeks ago with problems since i went on orange broadband. i still am no further forward , i can connect ok but then it struggles to load any internet sites whatsoever, its 20 times slower than dialup which i used to be on with them. ive made loads of calls to support lines and most of time i get put through to call centre in india who are no help at all they dont seem to understand my problem and each time they try to get me doing the same things ive done over and over again. my laptop works fine at work and even tried it next door at neighbours and no problems. modem is ok and even had a line test which is ok am annoyed having to pay monthly fee while now having to use an isp dial up to use internet. what am i going to do ?only went to broadband end of march so cant cancel either. heard theres been lots of problems since orange took over is this true? if anyone could point me in right direction or phone no which would get me through to an english help line as am at my wits end as to what to do to get it sorted.
