I've got a new laptop. It will play copied DVD's but with retail ones it say's the following..........
Windows media player cannot play this dvd because there is a problem with the digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card.
How do i get round this but still use WMP11 and not real player or some other media player
In any case real player says...The DVD cannot be played. Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed.
Even though the laptop is new chances are the video card driver is out of date especially if it came on a cd. Fot Ati video card drivers go to http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html
