If you want to forward mail to a group of people who always remain the same, (ie forwarding jokes to friends or family) you can easily set up a Group mailing list.
In Outlook Express, go to Addresses. Instead of selecting New Contact, select New Group and in the space provided for the title of the Group, call it My friends, Family, Jokes Group, etc. Then select the names to go in the group from the main address list, one at a time. REMEMBER TO CLICK OK AFTER ADDING EACH NAME, OTHERWISE THEY WON'T BE ADDED. All group circulation lists will show up in Bold type in your Outlook Express address list.
