unwanted emails

Please tell how i can get stop emails getting into my bulk and inbox. I have never been on anything online that is adult only and i really don't want those type of emails on my computer, can anybody please tell mehow i can stop them.

Spammers have got hold of your e-mail address either from your computer that is not well protected or you have given it out to a third party and has been passed on.
There are two courses of action to take:

1. create a new e-mail address.
2. change your e-mail provider to Thunderbird which is free and more secure than Outlook Express.

I am also having the same problem with Outlook Express although my spam filters are set to high. I've read what you have said about changing email address & will visit the site you have given later. I'd like to ask though, can I get rid of OE completely or disable that email address so its no longer valid. If so, how would I go about doing it? your help would be appreciated. thanks

You can access your e mail direct through your e mail suppliers website I expect. Outlook Express is only a e mail handling programme.
