I am having problems sending my emails using the program Outlook 2000. I can receive them, but cannot reply or forward or send new emails. What do I need to change?

It would be helpful if you explained what you mean by "cannot".

Do you get an error message, or does nothing happen at all?

Have you configured you SMTP server settings correctly?
