MSN picture

I have a picture which is sort of like a slideshow. Its an avatar which i have took from a forum and i was wondering if there was any way to get it as my windows live messenger picture.
Any idea?

You can not have an animated image as a WLM avatar, it will just show up as a still picture.
Click the little down arrow on a conversatyion page and then 'show all'. Browse through your directory to where the image is stored and open as usual.
