Orange Broadband
Posted about 3 weeks ago saying we couldn't connect to the internet and was getting the message invalid user name/password initially thought our account had been hijacked. We r still without our broadband with the same message Orange Technical support are still fobbin us off keep doing line tests which come back showing no fault. We took all our equipment to my mum's who is on Orange Broadband and everything worked perfectly so we know its not a problem at our end.Anyone got anty ideas how to get orange to actually sort this out I have rung them approx 25 times over the last 3 weeks, we get our BB free with a mobile contract which I have advsied them that they have now broken but they don;t seem to care it would be different if i hadn't been paying the bill. Looks like I am going to have to just pay another BB provider.
