Strange messages.

I'm still having troubles with my computer. I cannot get the url into the address bar, it appears at the bottom, my toolbar buttons do not work, can't copy or paste anything, and everytime I open a window, ie email or AB I get a message saying" Windows cannot find this file" and then it opens up. Please suggestions!
