flash plug-in problems
I keep getting messages that I don't have the most recent Flash player. I keep going to the site and installing it, but I still get these messages and can't see the content. I have restarted since installing and that hasn't helped. As far as I can tell, the install is successful, as I get the flash movie and the success message. Any ideas anyone?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Try completely completely uninstalling Flash player and then re-installing it. You can uninstall Flash from 'Add/Remove programs'. (It's listed under 'A' for 'Adobe', rather than 'F' for 'Flash').
Alternatively, try switching browsers. Some Flash sites will load in Internet Explorer but not in Firefox - and vice versa. Firefox should be your default browser (because it's much better than Internet Explorer). If you haven't got it yet, you can find it here:
