I have windows XP Service Pack 2 and when on the BBC homepage, I tried to play a video news clip and it says I need a plugin. What plugin and where do I get it? I have Windows Media Player 11. HELP!!

Install Real Alternative, not real player.
Real player itself is junk. The alternative does the same job without slowing your computer.
