Driven Crazy which Broadband TV Phone Package To Choose?

Its driving me crazy! ....
At presant I have a Virgin Media Phone& Tv pack that cost �29.00 per month and Virgin Media broadband internet at �18.00 per month.
A grand total of �47.00 per month!
I only use the phone odd times in the evening,
I do watch the TV - alot & I use the intenet loads but I dont download music etc, I just browse.
I've been trying to find another package that would be cheaper but ther's that many out there is slowly making me crazy & confused? (doesn't take much : )

I want to change because after they took over from NTL I have had so many issuses with my bill & when I contact them about it Im just getting fobbed off.
Virgin truthfully have that many services/departments they havent got a clue what they are doing. Even a letter to 1 of there many head offices hasn't helped or even been replyed too.

I would be very grateful for any advise or information on cheaper packages that cover all 3....someone out there must have the same 3......who do you use? how much do you pay?

I too am with Virgin - pay �20 a month for broadband and tv.

I don't have a telephone line - I use Skype.

i too use virgin media, i enquired about sky's package only to find that i need a bt phone line and bt said i was only capable of 1meg broadband as i live too far from exchange, so it looks like im stuck with virgin.

Hi kemlyn. I was with Virgin for a long time.Have now gone over to Sky, I have their �26 per month package which I find ideal for tv, phone & broadband I pay an extra �5 per month & get unlimited phone calls( no extra charge to pay) ok I had to convert to BT but I only pay BT for the line(�11 per month). I find everything very satisfactory.WR.

Hi,
The �28 is for my phone & basic tv package this includes my calls for example this last monthly bill was:
�6 calls + �22 various services charges from Virgin.

kemlyn, sorry to be pedantic but your original posting clearly states that you are paying a grand total of �47 per month with Virgin which includes phone, tv & broadband.I still make the point that I pay �42 per month which includes everything including all phone calls.Ron.

Sorry for the confusion, I was adding my calls charges into the total....I'll start again

Every month I pay
�18 for my broadband Internet
+
�22.50 for my tv & phone line
+
charges for any telephone calls I made - ( my last bill shows �6.50 )

So last month I paid a grand total of
�47.00 (including calls)

�40.50 ( without adding calls )
