p.s. If it is a FAKE email (that is supposedly from paypal), it will usually start with something like........ DEAR PAYPAL MEMBER, . (and may say things like your account is in danger, act now and click here - or other such rubbish).
If it is a PROPER, TRUE EMAIL FROM PAYPAL it will ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, address you by your FULL NAME,.....as in...... DEAR FREDERICK BLOGGS, you have received a payment from...........
if you open an email, and think for one minute that it is a fake because it says Dear paypal member (or whatever), rather than YOUR FULL CHRISTIAN NAME AND SURNAME, click on FORWARD, DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE EMAIL, (or add anything), and forward it to
[email protected] They will be in touch with you in a very, very, short space of time, to let you know whether it was a spoof or not. I have always found them extremely helpful in detecting spoof email, which keep us all safe. They have experts to deal with such rubbish.
