The client you use (Bitlord, Azeurus etc) has no control over how fast files download.

Things that can effect the speed is YOUR download speed, the computer and broadband speed of the people uploading the file, and the speed of the internet in general.

Note also that some broadband providers are checking who is downloading a lot of files via torrents and is limiting their broadband speed.
