Strictly Come Dancing - Was it fixed before!!!
7 Answers
OK I don't think it's fixed now, but this week Penny went and Gabby went a couple of weeks ago, which is shocking seeing as Kata and Kenny (who are both pretty terrible) are still in.
The public are voting for the underdogs and who they want to keep in, but does anyone else think it's weird that nothing strange like this has happened in previous series'???
I reckon that in the past the producers have just lied and got rid of who they want to get rid of, but now with all the problems over phone-ins they've had to be honest. Am I being over suspicious or does anyone else think it's been fixed before??

Well maybe it's never been fixed then, but I don't know why people keep moaning about kate being allowed to stay in, the public are voting for her so obviously a lot of people want to keep watching her! If they changed how it's done it would just make a mockery of people spending money phoning in to vote.
Well the phone in vote is to make money for Children in Need. As regards the public voting for Kate who on earth ARE these people?? From what I can make out, everyone who has a voice cannot understand why she is still in there even the viewers of GMTV have written to the show wondering how the devil she has scraped though without so much as a dance off!
All I can say is that it must be her PR team or she has a very very large family. But all in all, with her low judges scores, she must be getting an awful lot of calls for her. I dont vote and never will, but even if it is rigged or not, I wonder why, when names are called out in no particular order, her name is usually dramatically called out when there are only 3 or 4 dancers left (getting the obvious ones out of the way first of course).

I've always thought that it should work the other way around to its current format i.e. that the judges should put their choice for the bottom two up for the audience's vote, rather than the audience voting for their favourites then the judges voting.
The current way means you could end up with a final consisting of Kate and Kenny - argh!
