AOL Address book

Friend has lost AOL address book. Is it stored on the Computer or online? If on the Compter, what is it called?

unfortunately aohell does sometimes eat your address book so unless you save it on your pc yourself when its gone its gone don`t knoew why it does it but its ruddy infuriating

just another thought has your friend got a folder on his desktop saying aol saved pfc.if so you can replace the existing favourites with the saved one

I tried to save my Favourites on file, but I got a window which said Windows didn't recognise the file. This happens a lot with attachments I get with emails. Is there an easy way to sort this? It has started fairly recently.
