E-mail birthday cards /presents for relative in Oz

Hope someone can give me an idea here please.My sister is in Oz and it`s her birthday tomorrow.I have sent her a card and a present but would like to send her something at work that `s a surprise as in a funny "talking "e-mail or similar.Have sent vouchers /money /hampers before and so want something different........any suggestions??

Hundreds will come up for you to choose from.
Most of them are all free.
