setting up a new wireless conection

I set up my new computer today (yaaay lol), but I am trying to set up my other one in the bedroom with a wireless connection to BT homehub (which is in the living room).
My old comp doesnt have wireless so I installed a Belkin Wireless G USB adapter.
It gets as far as saying "connected to network" but thats it :-(
It then says "aquirring network address" but doesnt conect.
Any ideas people?

ooops never mind, I was using the fusion key instead of the wireless one lol sorted now
