My computer will not install this automatic update. Everytime I turn it on, I get a little yellow shield telling me it is ready to be installed but it will not do it. How can I install it or get rid of it.

Try downloading it directly from here.

Once downloaded then double click on it to install it

just double click the shield and then choose the update(s) to install .... ok and sit back
